The service was extraordinarily valuable. I expected to get a cleanup of the carpets, but this was more. The carpets ended up looking like they did when they were installed two years ago. Eric knew what he was doing. He undersold the results and produced much more. If you need your carpets cleaned, call Eric. I know you think this is an ad; it's not. I just met these guys two days ago, and they were real professionals.
