Our carpets look awesome!!! Trevon, our service guy, totally worked with us on products and pricing. We have pets that rule the roost here, and it showed on our carpets. Trevon helped us with pet products and fiber protection in case of future accidents.
I am likely going use zerorez again, but generally I think the $60 a room for pet treatment, when one "area" was a hall (making it $180 just for a hall and 2 rooms) is far overpriced. It should not be the FULL price of "cleaning" and the full price of "pet treatment". If the client is opting for pet treatment, it should be prorated for already paying for them to be cleaned. Too expensive Thanks!
