We were actually ready to replace our carpets. After the technicians were done, the carpets looked new again!. The techs that came to my house were very professional in appearance and demeanor. They thoroughly inspected all of the areas to be cleaned and gave me an estimate before starting the job. Eric Grey did a great job of explaining exactly what they could do and what needed to be done. Both technicians worked quickly and in a professional manner.
The technique used was one I had never seen before. Eric explained that they were a green company and the impact of the PH of the water to be used. We have had 2 other companies, (Stanley Steamer and Sears), out to clean the carpets only to see the pet stains not removed or return quickly after they left. That was not the case today. They spent the time needed to get to the pad and extract the pet stains from our home.
I highly recommend both Zerorez and Eric and his team, (I am sorry, I do not remember the name of the young man with Eric). Eric also say that we had some areas of grout in our kitchen that had come up and stated they could clean repair and reseal that area. We were unaware of that service. He also suggested a stain guard treatment for the carpets and demonstrated how it worked. We are going to utilize that service.

I would absolutely recommend Zerorez to any one of my friends or family members. They were on time. The technician called when he was about 20 minutes away, which was nice. Remington was our technician and he was very nice, had good manners, and very knowledgeable in his work.
