We had a carpet odor that remained after doggie mistakes that we tried to remove constantly but wouldn't go away. The deep pad extraction service worked! The carpet looks cleaner and most importantly is odor free! The technician, Sedrick, went above and beyond providing incredible service and explaining the process completely. We would highly recommend!

We haven't had the best experience with other services in the past from other companies, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Sedrick was efficient in his work and very polite. I'd recommend Zerorez and him specifically to friends and family.
