The service was very efficient and thorough. The technician worked expeditiously to complete the job. He also was informative and pointing out his efforts to clean tough spots and the fact that some spots were just worn due to the age of the carpet.

Our tech, Trayvon, was really thorough and very knowledgeable. He got down on his hands and knees to inspect and smell the carpet in a few particularly discolored areas and suggested a custom treatment for our carpet that would remove discoloration, odor, and pet dander. Our carpet looks and smells like new again!
