They were prompt courteous and very professional, my 20 year old carpet came so clean they exceeded my expectations. when they left the carpet was slightly damp but nothing like the last time it was done by another company. we will have them back to do the other two bed rooms as soon as we are done repainting.

the tech was very professional and did a wonderful job! we have a young kiddo who crawls around like crazy, I like knowing that she is now safe to play on the floor. I also liked knowing no chemicals were used and the house smelt so good after the cleaning!

The carpet technician was wonderful. However this is not the same company I used a few years ago. The Zerorez company I used before was able remove all dirt from my heavy tracked areas. There was no water disposal fee and hallways were free.
I thought I would try you out after the new management. I did not have a problem with paying extra if I would be satisfied with the results.

I'm THRILLED with the results of our carpet cleaning. I hear about Zerorez on The Rizz Show. I have had other carpet cleaners come in before, only be really disappointed two days after because the dirt seemed to come back. We're selling our house and I was sure we'd have to replace all carpeting before we'd even find a buyer interested in making an offer. But, because they don't use chemicals, I decided to give Zerrorez a try. TREVON came in, examined our carpet, explained the process and then went to work. HOLY COW!!! What a difference!
