Sedrick was very polite and willing to listen to our needs before and during the work period, he did a great job on the carpet and the ceramic tile that needed to be cleaned. A previous company had cleaned carpet on our stairway and left it looking like no work had been done. Sedrick cleaned the steps very well and took lots of time to make sure they were done well.
No harsh chemicals were used and it got my carpets looking like new. Previous companies had tried to clean my carpets but failed. I was beginning to think they were permanently dirty looking from age.

The product itself was fantastic and did a GREAT job cleaning our carpets that had not been clean in at least 18 YEARS. They are like brand new..... absolutely amazing and soooo soft once dry. The associates doing the work could not have been more friendly, more respectful or have displayed better manners. We were impressed beyond words!!
Sean and Cedric did an outstanding job! They were able to remove a vomit stain that we had tried to remove for over a year and they did it in 5 minutes!

After the carpet dried, I did however see a couple of spots that I think could have come out better. The majority of it came out beautiful. The pricing was a little higher than most carpet cleaning services.
Mark was super professional. He took out extra time on several occasions during our clean to explain what he was doing, how much time was left, etc. They have is a thorough estimate in the beginning and literally sniffed our entire basement for pee stains. Yikes. But they sure were right! The extra pet treatments were pricey, but worth it. Mark was fantastic, and went above and beyond, in my opinion. I felt the cleaning was excellent, and the customer service, superior. The cost was not cheap, butI feel we got what we paid for.
