I like several things but one of them is the fact that they're a green company and I don't have to worry about having harsh chemicals in my house for my family. I like that it's supposed to help with allergens. Several of us have really bad allergies so I'm anxious to see if this helps! We just got the carpet cleaned yesterday so I'm sure time will tell. The entire company seems really professional and friendly from the person on the phone that books the appointment to Remington who came out to clean our carpet. He was so friendly, professional and did a GREAT job!
They cleaned good. Got all the stains and pee smell from my puppy out of the carpet. But the cleaner leaves an odd smell. But overall my carpet is like new thank you!

The staff was very friendly, from my first phone call with them to schedule an appointment until the carpet was clean. They called to let me know when they were about 30 minutes away and showed up on time. The technician who cleaned our carpet was very polite and professional. He went out of his way to explain what he was going to do, and how, and what type of pre-treatment he would be using. The carpet was very clean when he finished and my wife was delighted when she got home from a business trip. I wanted to clean the carpet as a surprise for her while she was out of town for 2 days. I explained that to Zerorez when I called on Monday afternoon and they scheduled me on Wednesday so it would be done before she returned home Wednesday evening.

The technician was very pleasant and thorough with our carpet! I wish he had some pads to put under chair legs. No worry, we made some from folded parchment paper. That worked. Our floors were damp the next day, but maybe our carpet was super in need of cleaning.
Your service is excellent, but pricey. Guess get what you pay for. The pet treatment almost doubled our cost.

I have a carpet in the basement that is 15 years old or older. I wanted to replace it but my husband didn't want to spend the money on it. After it was cleaned it literally looked new again. Old stains gone. It was really good and expensive when we bought it but after 15 years I really thought it was gone.
