I live in an apartment and my carpet is quite old. It has been cleaned several times by a company hired by the complex, but was beginning to look dingy even after cleaning. Heard about your service on the Guy Phillips show and thought it was too good to be true, but needed rugs cleaned so thought would give it a try. Eric the tech who came to do our carpets was very concise about the services and knowledgeable about the product. We showed him where our puppy had some accidents and asked if he could help. He explained the applications in detail. Thinking that if even half of what he said would be true it would be worth the cost. Wow, it was ALL true. I have been trying to get these spots out for over 6 months and have limited success but they always come back. And now they are gone! Eric even put up a temporary door to keep the bugs from being the next issue we had to deal with--and he did it with in a limited scope of time. I was amazed -- happy-- very pleased. Thank you.

Having 3 kids constantly causing havoc on the carpeting, my wife and I never thought it would look the same and were absolutely astounded by the results, especially considering the benign nature of the product being devoid of chemical.
