The technician was here when he said he would be. He got right to work and was done in a reasonable time. The carpets dried in the time he said it would take, and they looked great! He even looked at our furnace to turn off the humidifier to help the carpets dry! I thought that was quite practical of him!
I apologize that I forget names. Your professional floor cleaner Sedrick (Spelling or may not be his name) was FANTASTIC! Called before he came and worked like a "Mad Man" for several hours cleaning carpet and floor tile grout. Both of these areas were cleaned beyond our expectations. The think that was so impressive is that my cleaner was obviously and honestly engaged in trying to perform a good job for us and showed real pride in his accomplishments in renewing especially the kitchen floor tiles. This floor was installed 14 years ago - taken care of but grout in places darkened and some stain on these large porcelain tiles. I promise you that our floor now looks as good as it did the first day it was installed. We comment on this every time we enter the kitchen now. We paid for the sealing and now will use only hot water to clean as suggested by Sedrick. He told us this cleaning should last about 10 years. Thanks for making out investment new again!

The technician was very knowledgable, courteous, and respectful of my home. He was professional in assessing my needs first and then applying the product to obtain the best possible cleaning. He kept me informed of what he was doing. When he finished he told me that I could call him to come back if anything did not turn out to my satisfaction. I could tell he took pride in his job.
