I thought you did a fabulous job on my carpet and the technician was outstanding in every way. He was articulate, professional, friendly and efficient.
My only complaint is that I felt a little "bait and switch". I was given one price on the internet and when it came to it, the price was considerably higher when you figured the price of cleaning the dog spots.
The technician explained to me that he would "professionally recommend the deep cleaning process which would have cost $720.00" BUT if I went for the topical treatment, that might be OK but of course he couldn't back that up with a warranty..
I sincerely believe that no one pays $720.00 extra but that that is used to be able to say that there couldn't possibly be any kind of warranty.
If it hadn't been for that kind of sleezy maneuver, I would be a real believer. It was disappointing.

Ease of scheduling and excellent cleaning of difficult stains
The technician (Remington) was professional and knowledgeable about the company’s products and services. He explained in detail how the process would go. Our floors look good. We will be repeat customers.
Cleaning, scheduling, price and Trevon were excellent. We were surprised how long it took to dry, though.
ZeroReZ cleans carpet exceptionally well. Our technician was very knowledgeable and explained the process step by step. The company extracts the water and flows outside the home to their vehicle. My only complaint is there is a $15.00 fee which was not explained.
I had a $15 coupon, but that was not honored with the 3-room cleaning package.
Overall pleased with the service; but not hidden fees.

Technician was very professional. He explained the process, options and cost very clearly. All stains were removed and the carpet looks great again.
He completed the job in less than an hour ,the carpets look amazing, absolutely no residue on any of the floors, super nice guy, very happy with the results
