The technician (Charlie), was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He called ahead of time and I knew exactly when he was to arrive. He came in first and introduced himself, looked at the carpet to be cleaned, asked questions and made sure he and I were comfortable about what was to be done. We asked questions and he took time to answer each and every one of them. He was thorough and treated our home as though it was his own. We were quoted a fair price and that is the price we paid. No hidden costs thrown in once the tech arrived as happens so many times when you have services performed. The carpet looks amazing and we could not be more pleased. Next time we need carpet cleaned, we will definitely be calling Zerorez.

Probably the most efficient person I've ever seen. He came in, went right to work and was done. Truly a very nice gentleman and, like I said, got it done and done well. Explained a couple of areas that were heavily stained, but did a great job. The carpets look great.
