Sedrick did a fantastic job on our carpets and was very professional in his interactions with our family. I appreciated how he thought about our needs and made reasonable recommendations as he worked. Zero Rez was the third company we’ve used for carpet cleaning in the 18 months we’ve lived in St. Peter’s, and it was by far the best experience we’ve had. Our carpet looks pretty nearly new, and that’s a lot to say, with four kids, two cats, and a dog in the house! Well done!

Thought my 17 year old carpets were beyond help! Sedrik has them looking new! Even high traffic areas. No residue. Just clean, dust-free carpet. I will never use Stanley Steamer or Sam's again.

The one thing that needed to be explained clearly by all we talked to was the fact that stains that have been in the carpet for a long time cannot be gotten out except from the surface.
There is one area, about 18" in diameter, that is tacky to the touch & not drying. Other than that I am satisfied.
