I love how there is no chemical smell and the quality of the clean. My tech got out almost all of the stains left behind after Woodards cleaned almost a year ago. I also really liked my tech. He was extremely knowledgeable, as well as a very nice guy who had no problem with inter fearing kids and barking dogs. All in all, the guys from the Rizzouto show on 105.7 the Point were very right, Zerorez is the best. I have already recommended it to friends.

Cleaned our carpet very well. While we liked to have used the natural stone cleaner it was a bit higher than we wanted to spend; that said the synthetic cleaner worked great on our ceramic.

The communication was excellent about what time the technician would arrive, and the technician called ahead of time, was running early, and my appointment was able to be completed early.. Yay!!
You have employees instead of independent contractors. They drive a company truck, wear uniforms, and look clean and professional. They know what they're doing, they do it well, and they're friendly and personable. Sedrick and his partner were delightful. That's not a word I frequently use, but it describes them perfectly. My only complaint is that the $14 recycling fee should be included in the advertised price. You can't get three rooms for $129. It's misleading and almost caused me to change my mind, because I really hate that sneaky stuff. You could advertise that you had no hidden fees. But I'm thrilled with the job they did and how quickly it dried, and I've already recommended your company to several people.
