I like the fact that there are no harsh chemicals or shampoos. My house smells clean, and I have noticed a dramatic decrease in dust on the surfaces in our house. Our technician, Cedrick was knowledgeable and friendly. He did a fantastic job on our carpets, and I will be a return customer!
The associate who cleaned our carpets (Travon) was terrific! He did a great job, was very thorough and also taught me some things about cleaning carpet spots and what I was doing wrong. I am going to ask for him the next time I have cleaning done.
