I like the fact that you don't use any soap or other chemicals on the carpet. I also appreciate that the technician took the time to cover the baseboards so they wouldn't get damaged by the hose when he brought it in the house.
The techs were very courteous and got the carpets much cleaner than I expected possible.
The guys that came were very nice and knowledgeable. Cleaned carpets pretty well. In our main room there were still 2 spots that I wish would have been worked on a little more.

They did a GREAT job cleaning my carpet and stairs and even one of my couch pillows that I thought would never be cleaned and they got it cleaned. The carpets look like new!! I was seriously thinking we would need to be replacing our stairs in the next few years but they blasted all the soap out from the last company we used that now they are CLEAN and look and feel great. Walking around with bare feet makes me smile at how soft all the carpets feel!!
