I am one of those people that takes forever to make a decision, I research everything for days and days, I second guess myself and I’m not good at trying something new. Well I took a chance with Zerorez and was 100% pleased! My technician was absolutely wonderful, explained everything he was going to do, what he recommended and why. I have four pets and my carpets were in desperate need of a cleaning. After he was done I could not believe how clean the carpet was! When it fully dried it looked just as good! I can’t say enough about the customer service and professionalism of this company. I will never use any other company for my carpet cleaning! Amazing!!
