Remmington did a super job explaining the process, taking care of the equipment and being respectful of our home. place looks great! about the only thing I could suggest adding is a reassurance that if the carpet loosens up or becomes wavy...no alarm. It will dry back in place. the family room room surfaced some crazy ripples...that did go away during the night. its a large room and I suspect prone to this happening.
