From the time I called to inquire about the services until the work was finished - the team was professional and did everything they said they would do. The carpets are not new but after Sedrick finished cleaning and protecting them - they look beautiful.
We moved into our house five years ago. We knew that the carpets needed to be replaced then. We have not gotten around to replacing them and with 4 children they have gotten significantly worse. After Zerorez the carpets look better than when we moved in. There are some spots still showing on the carpet but they no longer look like they need to be replaced. Our technician was great, Sedric. He was friendly. He worked hard and took precautions to keep his equipment from rubbing against wall corners and put up a curtain to keep bugs and hot air out while allowing his equipment to work.
The gentleman that came out was friendly. He told exactly what he was going to do. And the three room special was a great deal. My carpets look new again.
Sedrick was very professional. He explained everything he was doing and why. The carpet looks great. The only way they could be cleaner is if it was new carpet.

I like the fact that you don't use any soap or other chemicals on the carpet. I also appreciate that the technician took the time to cover the baseboards so they wouldn't get damaged by the hose when he brought it in the house.
The techs were very courteous and got the carpets much cleaner than I expected possible.
The guys that came were very nice and knowledgeable. Cleaned carpets pretty well. In our main room there were still 2 spots that I wish would have been worked on a little more.

The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed that he got down and sniffed my carpet looking for pet spots... That's not a fun part of the job, but he was dedicated. I am especially happy because our baby will be crawling soon and I wanted to make sure she will be crawling on clean carpet.
