I like that you do not use all the harmful chemicals. I liked the friendly and helpful rep (Cedric) that was at my home. My special needs daughter even walked out and shook his hand to greet him - she heard a happy, friendly voice. He listened to me and what I was requesting. He was able to give a quick quote. He kept me in the loop as he moved to each room. He was able to answer any questions I had along the way. He was great!
