He called before hand to give me a heads up he would be arriving in 15-20 minutes and he asked to come into my home. Sedrick called 30 minutes before his scheduled arrival time. Brought shoe covers along with him (I have never seen another carpet cleaning company do that before). Thoroughly explained the process. My carpets have never looked better. We do not wear shoes in our home but once a year I get the carpets cleaned. This is the first time we have ever used Zerorez. The other two companies that I have used over the years have either left the carpets soaking wet or I didn't feel that they really cleaned very well. Fantastic service! Thank you.

They guys were very professional, courteous, and prompt. The carpets looks like brand new after having my own doubts about how clean they would be able to get. I love that they are unlike other "cleaners" that leave your carpet with a layer of soap that attracts more dirt. The smell was fresh and clean.
It removed a melted crayon stain that I thought could not be removed and it was very affordable.

We were able to get our carpets cleaned the next day after calling for a quote. The process was quick and there were no harsh chemicals (left the house smelling like oranges), no unseen expenses, no high pressure sales. Every effort was made to protect our home - from wall protectors and carpets being placed to prevent scratching by the equipment to a door covering being hung to prevent all the cool air from escaping while the door was open (cleaned in August on a 99 degree day). The technician, Sedrick, was fantastic! He was a true professional - courteous, efficient, honest, hardworking with a true joy for life and his job! I would highly recommend this company and Sedrick to anyone that asks; and we already have, to our neighbor on the same day!
Great results
We had Zerorez come out and clean all our carpets and not even one week later, I spilled an entire glass of red wine on the carpet! They came back out and got it completely out. I was so thankful! Zerorez will have our family's business as long as we are in the St. Louis area.
