There process really works!! They got out the stains and Oder from our carpets. We thought we would have to replace the carpet but Zerorez was able to save us thousands of dollars by removing the stains (and the smells) from our carpet. The scheduling of the work was simple and our tech was truly wonderful. They will be my 1st call when needing carpets or furniture (or tile grouting) cleaned.
It was a great experience overall very happy with my tech and now my feet have nice clean carpets to walk on again!
