No harsh chemicals to soak my carpets
My husband was at home when your tech arrived. He said he was fast and efficient. We liked the fact that he was able to get to us earlier than scheduled. All of the dirt from the high traffic areas did not come up as it's a light colored carpet and this is the first time we've ever had them cleaned. However, there were some pretty bad stains that the tech was able to remove and we were very pleased with those results. We will definitely use your service again.

Zerorez stands behind their product! We had a spot that needed attention after they cleaned, and they came out again without charge. Also, Shawn was awesome! Not sure how to spell his name, but his customer service and attention to detail was amazing!
