Prompt, professional, and the quality of the clean was great. The carpet was not very wet afterwards, unlike other companies, and it smelled very clean.
We have used Zerorez twice right now in our home. The first time we had them clean our carpets and we had a really bad spot where our cat kept peeing and they took care of that so well that you didn't even know it was there and the cat stopping going there.
Then, just this Friday we had them out to clean the ceramic tile in our laundry room and kitchen. We have had the tile for a while and didn't realize how dirty it really was until we put the same tile in the rest of our house. I was amazed at how wonderfully it cleaned up and how it turned out!! It looks like the brand new tile we just installed. Great job Zerorez!
No chemicals involved
Trevon was extremely professional, friendly and explained all the pricing to us very thoroughly so we could decide our treatment options. We even had our appointment moved up on a Saturday due to some cancellations which was nice. Excellent communication. We had some pretty severe urine stains from two pups, our previous dog, not to mention our eight year old son and normal wear and tear; they looked so beautiful when he was done and it smelled great. It was pretty pricey but worth every penny to us (we needed it) to have our carpets looking close to new again. Thank you ZEROREZ! Happy customers here!

Everything! My service technician Cedric did a great job, explained everything and worked very efficiently. The carpets look fantastic and smell even better. The only thing I would suggest is that you be more explicit on your website that there needs to be direct access because hoses have to be run from the truck to the work site. We had quite a time figuring out how to do that with my townhouse location.
They did a great job at cleaning our carpets. The employee that came out was Remington and he was extremely nice and polite.

Good cleaning results
From the moment Trevon H. walked into our home, we were greeted and treated by him with such professionalism and respect for us and our home. Even though I was quoted a price online when I scheduled our service, Trevon proceeded to tell us about two additional offerings at which no time did I feel pressured to add these additional services to my already quoted price. However, he was thorough in giving the added information in which I found value in adding at least one of the services to our order. We were home the entire time Trevon worked diligently to complete the cleaning of our carpet. He respected our home and our things and took the upmost care. I want Trevon to come back to our home in another year when it's time to have our carpets cleaned again.
