Eric, the technician, was thorough and courteous. He told me what he was going to do at each step in the process, including how long it would take to clean the carpet. He was very careful while moving chairs and other things.

Everything about Zerorez was fantastic. Our tech - Colin, did a great job making contact before the appointment, talking with us to get the right services for our carpet, doing a great job cleaning our carpet and left everything perfect!

I love the way our carpets look, smell and feel. The two gentlemen expained all we needed to know on the process and how we should not vacuum for three days. This is day 5, and the carpets look great. I love that they have no fragrance, at all.

All three guys who have been to our house we’re curteous, professional and quality of work was top notch
Colin, our technician, was great. He got on the carpet to smell a few stains and explained all the services well. Our carpets look so much better and a lot of the stains came out. We just bought our new place and since putting in hard woods isn't possible right now, ZeroRez was the next best thing.

The whole procedure was well organized and I was kept informed of the technician"s arrival time. Collin was friendly and professional . He wore shoe covers, made sure the door was covered as to not let in bugs or ac out and even brought in a fan to expedite drying time. This is my second time using Zerorez and I will use them again!
