I thought the carpets looked a lot cleaner. I wish there was a way that you could get the edges closer to the tile flooring, but otherwise they were great. I loved the tech. He was very concerned that we were satisfied, and was quick at his job.

Project went well. A definite improvement in our dirty white carpet. The staircase was extremely stained, I think from previous cleaning using Resolve soap. This morning there were some signs of some of it (staircase mostly including the risers) coming back, we'll see how it is when we get back from vacation...hopefully it all stays clean.

Remington was on time, friendly and very understanding when I could get into my house. He was able to wait while my husband came with a key to let him in and clean the rugs. Great service and the rugs look like new!
