Technician was very knowledgeable and provided only the necessary services in order to minimize costs while still addressing all cleaning needs, without trying to upsell for things that weren't really needed. He was very cognizant of my pets and was sure to inform me regarding when and where they needed to be in order to stay safe and comfortable throughout the treatment.
