We have a ten-year-0ld very light colored carpet that was stained in several places by a new family dog. Your technician, Cortez Campbell, assessed the challenge and gave us alternatives to consider. When he was finished, the rug didn't look new, but it was certainly a grand improvement and we will be proud to host family for Christmas. In particular, any and all bad smells are gone. Cortez was pleasant, professional and obviously worked hard to give us a great result and to represent Zerorez in the top manner. He deserves a raise and advancement in your firm.

I had the carpet in my whole house cleaned this past Saturday. Cedric was absolutely wonderful! He was very polite and professional. Called me 25 minutes before he arrived, thoroughly looked at all the carpet and made recommendations, went over the quote to make sure it was accurate. He worked diligently for about 3 hours non-stop. The carpet looks fabulous and does not have that 'crunchy' feel that sometimes occurs after a carpet cleaning. The drying time was good. He also cleaned an upholstered chair and did a great job. Heard about you on Y98 radio station and decided to give you a try. I would recommend you, and Cedric, to all my friends. As a side note, my neighbor also used you just a few days earlier. Cortez did a great job for him. You obviously employ fabulous personnel!

The technician was very professional and prompt. We had some dog urine that we were unable to get out ourselves that zerorez was able to get out completely. Will definitely be using these guys again for our carpet.
The technician, Cortez, was prompt and professional. He arrived well within the time frame that was given to me over the phone, and was incredibly efficient, focused, and friendly. The carpets and stairs virtually shined after Cortez finished the job. True to your company's advertising pitch, there was "zerorez" left over the next morning when we moved all of our furniture back into position. In fact, we've enjoyed rolling around on, running our fingers through, and burying our noses in our gloriously clean carpets!

Sean the technician was very knowledgeable, nice, and personable. The carpets look very clean and they dried very quickly. My only dissatisfaction was in my living room. All furniture in there was well under 60 lb (probably 30 lb and less as I can easily move it around and I am pretty puny,) but no furniture was moved. Not even the coffee table that was in the middle of the room. I just assumed it would all be pushed over then pushed back. I thought maybe he just did not place plastic liners under the "feet" of the furniture, but when I look beneath and around them there is definitely a not clean carpet. Maybe we had a miscommunication but in the bedrooms all but the heavy pieces were moved and plastic liners placed on the bottoms. Again, I really liked the technician, etc. If not for this problem I would definitely rate it 10.
When I checked my carpet today I was thrilled to find that it looked just as good as it did when Sean finished it yesterday. The really dark stains were gone and the room smells clean.
Sean did an excellent job! He was professional and thorough in his explanation of the Zerorez process.
I am well pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Zerorez to my friends and family!
