We made the appointment and Remington was on time. He did a quick survey of the rugs and told us what he planned to do. We watched him and he really worked hard to get the carpet clean. I thought underneath the Lazy Boy chair it was really dirty from the tracks on the chair. He said he sees a lot worse. He answered all our questions. Today the rug is dry and really looks good. First, I would like to praise Sedrick, He was incredible! Very presentable, very polite and explained in detail everything about the cleaning as well as options available. That being said, and we certainly agreed to do so, but we feel the large rug cleaning price was too high, we would not do that again. We Love the fact that you use no chemicals, but regret the cleaning did not remove some traffic stains, as well as some small stains due to a water issue. I am not sure they can be removed, but my wife would like to look at another option, possible with a chemical cleaner.
