The technician was very personable and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Ai would not have been afraid to leave him alone in the house for a period of time if necessary, I think his name was Remington. the carpet dried quickly and looks great.

I just wanted to share a little feedback w/ you directly re: the exceptional service we received on 9/13/17. Your senior tech Sedrick was most professional and did an outstanding job. We haven't had the best experience with other services in the past from other companies, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Sedrick was efficient in his work and very polite. I'd recommend Zerorez and him specifically to friends and family.

I like that there are no sudsy residues left on my carpet and that the rooms are left smelling fresh rather than like chemicals, shampoos, or man-made freshiners. I also love the feel and look of my carpet after cleaning.

I really liked Mark Miller who cleaned our carpet. I would recommend him to anyone.
However your phone system is the worst I've ever dealt with. I was on hold each time for over 15 minutes then booted off to a vm. You are losing a tremendous amount of business to people who want to talk to a real person.
