I didn't have the best experience with my first visit, but the technician recommended the spot treatment product and that stuff is fantastic. My second, follow up because of some spots that needed retreated was great. I felt the technician (Sedrick Cole) was much more engaged and meticulous. He went around my previously cleaned carpets and checked for missed spots, and treated the problem area very thoroughly. I hope you give him a raise and allow him to coach the others in best practices because I will request him for the next visit! He made my experience with Zerorez what I hoped it would be the first time around. Thanks!

Cannot recommend enough. Excellent customer service, appointment was very easy to setup, technician communicated arrival time well. Our technician, Colin, went above and beyond to explain the process as well as set reasonable expectations of our results (our carpets are 15 years old so we didn't expect a miracle). We will ask for him the next time.
Regarding the process, it did a great job and our carpets were dry (with ceiling fans running) in about six hours. And I cannot believe how nice they now look. I wish I had before/after photos.
