I was very happy with the efficiency of how your system works. The initial visit we had Cortez, he was thoroughly a joy and great representative for professionalism and did a FANTASTIC job! He was friendly, efficient and thorough. (The only concern I had was he didn't were covers on his shoes while he cleaned the carpets.) We had a stain pop up and I called and you sent out Cedric, again very friendly, efficient and wonderful gentleman. He did wear shoe covers on his visit. I would refer your business to anyone. This is 48 hours out and the carpets look great! The second visit did not clean the pop up stain, but I have a great way to handle it :) thank you again for a terrific experience!

Like how clean my carpet seem when done. I took off one star bc of how expensive it is, esp if I want to clean the carpet pad or get my grout in the kitchen and dining room cleaned. How can the average person afford to use those services? Other than that, good.
