The technician (Eric Gray) was very pleasant and accommodated our every request. He explained the benefits/drawbacks of using the standard service as opposed to upgrading to the deep cleaning option in certain areas.

It was amazing to see the difference in the carpet (never cleaned in 12 years). My 4 year old walked in and was shocked as well. The person who did the cleaning, Trevon, was very nice, explained everything he was going to do and what we could have done.
I opted for adding the sanitizer and scotchguard on our main living room (where we are the most) and am now just hoping for a spill to see the good results.
I would recommend the service to anyone the carpets look nice and there is a very pleasant smell.
