I had an area rug that had tan squares on it... when Travon put his wand on the first square it automatically turned white. The proof is in the pudding. We made the appointment and Remington was on time. He did a quick survey of the rugs and told us what he planned to do. We watched him and he really worked hard to get the carpet clean. I thought underneath the Lazy Boy chair it was really dirty from the tracks on the chair. He said he sees a lot worse. He answered all our questions. Today the rug is dry and really looks good.
