Sedrick was fantastic, very knowledgeable and personable. His work was unbelievable, as we had SEVERAL pet stains, and he was able to get everything out of our carpet! I was to the point of wanting to just buy new carpet, but had heard great things about Zerorez and wanted to give them a try. So glad I did! 10/10 stars across the board!

Like how clean my carpet seem when done. I took off one star bc of how expensive it is, esp if I want to clean the carpet pad or get my grout in the kitchen and dining room cleaned. How can the average person afford to use those services? Other than that, good.
