Remington did an outstanding job! I have always cleaned my own carpets with a Hoover steam cleaner, never again. Remington was able to get out stains that I thought were permanent. This was my second carpet cleaning with ZeroRez. Our 3 year old carpet looks like new again!! The technician, Jared, was fabulous! He took his time, explained things thoroughly, and did an excellent job. Our dog had had some "problems" in one room, and I'd tried many things to remove the underlying odor that came out with humidity. Jared took care of it with a deeper cleaning of the spots. Hooray!
