Zerorez is the best. My technician, Sedric is absolutely fabulous. I had a terrible musty smell in my downstairs due to a flood. Sedric came, worked his magic and the smell is completely gone. He also did a fabulous job of getting marinara sauce out of my new couch. This company is awesome.

I appreciated the on-time service and check-in when on the way. I was tempted, but didn’t order the extra treatments u offer because it’s likely the carpets may be removed by my son in the next two years. I feel a good job was done by Eric in cleaning the current rugs and I felt confident this house warming gift to my son was well worth it. I like that you don’t flood the carpet with soap products, but still get them clean with your process.

They are very efficient and professional . Rep was really nice and explained to me the process of how he would clean air ducts.i have already recommended to my family members to have they're air ducts serviced. Dirty air ducts lead to unhealthy air quality in homes. I feel my air quality in my home is fine now.

Our carpet is old so we weren't expecting miracles. It came out just fine. The highlight however was K and Remington our techs. They were so polite, friendly and knowledgeable they made the experience very pleasant. They were courteous and professional and took the time to explain to us what they were doing and made sure to show us the results as they went in order to insure our satisfaction. We appreciate customer service when we see it. It seems to be harder and harder to come by these days. We will be using you again.
