The employees were very friendly and professional. They did a great job! We heard that the one employee was training the other and he was doing a wonderful job explaining the process and proper techniques to the newer employee. They suggested a few extra 'add ons' but we did not feel pressured or pushed to use them as this was our first experience and we wanted to see what the 'basics' got us. We were 100% satisfied with our entire experience from the employee interaction to the results to the 'zero rez' left behind and no chemical smells either. I would absolutely recommend services to anyone in the future!

I was sold with the customer service of the technician that came out to my house then he cleaned the carpets and i was shocked at how much dirt that came out of it even got out stains that i figured would be there forever

Mike was great, l had cortez there doing the ducts and he was not quite done with the process, so l had told mike l had to leave for work at 2:00 Mike came right in and started helping Cortez finish up then he went through the products and what he was going to do, l talked to him about my concerns about the dogs and allergens he showed me the products that he could use,and like Cortez there was no pressure just let me decide he payed attention to what he was doing and did a great job my carpets are old and had some stains l really thought where not going to come out and they came right out, he also explaind how the carpet cleaner l have leaves soap in the carpet and showed me it in the carpets witch l had no idea about, Mike did a great job l an thrilled with my experience with Zerorez and would recomend them to anyone they really did a great job, Thank you.
Cortez was real knowledgeable about what he was doing with the duct cleaing he was fast and did a great job, he showed me pictures of what the ducts looked like before he started and a picture of what it looked like while he was doing the job. Cortez also told me of some products to help reduce alergens and mold, there was no preasure to buy the product he told me about it gave me a pamphlet on it and let me decide if l wanted it or not. Cortez also told me about an air filter that you could wash out instead of replacing it every month witch l had no idea existed so that will be an added saving per year. He showed up on time and did a great job,l will be using them again when its time to get the ducts clean again.

We have used Zerorez several times and will continue to do so. They’re always so friendly and clearly walk you through pricing and process. We have pets and have had challenging pet stains but they’ve always been able to get the carpets clean. I would highly recommend.
Great cleaning & very courteous & thorogh cleaning rep. Would be a 10 but a dog stain did not come clean.
The cleaning process works better than any other service we have used. The faster drying time is also very desirable.
I instantly saw results and my carpet was not soaked when they left. It was dry in a few hours! The technicians were very knowledgeable of what they were doing and how the products work. They were very polite and friendly a really seemed to want to do the best job they could do.
