It was evident that he enjoyed what he was doing. Excellent skills with relating to the customers and making them feel comfortable and taken care of. After he was done, it looked like a completely different carpet and felt super soft. Will definitely be getting services from Zerorez again.

Kevin was great! He called ahead and was able to come earlier than expected...yay! He explained everything and gave me options available for what I needed done. My biggest issue was removing the urine odor from a particular area that all the dogs in the family seemed to think was their personal restroom. I never thought it would be gone until such time the carpet was removed. But Kevin did the "pad extraction" and to my extreme delight...ODOR GONE😁 And the rest of the house looks great! Thank you, Kevin.
