I like that you don’t flood the carpet with soap products, but still get them clean with your process.

They are very efficient and professional . Rep was really nice and explained to me the process of how he would clean air ducts.i have already recommended to my family members to have they're air ducts serviced. Dirty air ducts lead to unhealthy air quality in homes. I feel my air quality in my home is fine now.

Our carpet is old so we weren't expecting miracles. It came out just fine. The highlight however was K and Remington our techs. They were so polite, friendly and knowledgeable they made the experience very pleasant. They were courteous and professional and took the time to explain to us what they were doing and made sure to show us the results as they went in order to insure our satisfaction. We appreciate customer service when we see it. It seems to be harder and harder to come by these days. We will be using you again.

All the techs that came were very polite and did a great job. Had a few spots that looked different after the first service so a week later they sent techs back and took care of it.
The guys arrived when they said they would, did not use any high pressure to try and upgrade their services, and the cleaning itself exceeded my expectations.

Very professional and conscientious
The cleaning was great. Sedric did our cleaning & he was so professional. We liked how Sedric respected our home and make sure to not damage or scratch anything. He also recommended a pet cleaning but was not pushy on it. We ended up doing it and he assured us if we weren't happy he would come back. He is very outgoing and answered all our questions. We actually got to know him a little bit at the end of the cleaning and he was a breath of fresh air!
