The technician and cleaning performed at our house I would give a 9/10. The biggest complaint I have is poor customer service/ policies dealing with scheduling the appointment. I scheduled over a month in advance and was told I could not pick a time slot until closer to the date--understandable. I was told I would be contacted. My appointment was on a Monday. When I had not heard form Zerorez I contact them on Thursday. I was told I could not schedule a time slot- which is a 3-4 hour slot- until 2 days prior. Thus I could not schedule anything on Monday. This is a ridiculous policy. I was then texted the next day- Friday- with my assigned slot. I think it was noon to 3 pm. The technician called at 2:45 saying he was running late. Hey arrived shortly after 3 pm and was here until 5 pm. Essentially my day from noon- 5 pm was occupied.
Everything from the customer service, to the gentleman (Kevin) that cleaned my carpet, to the pricing and then the follow up!

I’m incredibly impressed with how much came out of the carpet. I thought I was going to have to replace but the room (destroyed over 5 years by 2 young kids) looks like we just put the carpet it recently.

Technician explained everything ahead of beginning the cleaning. The high traffic area actually is cleaner than expected. Very good job of cleaning our carpeting.

The first guy that came was nice but tired and sluggish. He said that he was fresh out of training which is no problem but he did a sub-par job. The carpets didn't seem clean but rather just wet. I called customer support and requested a second cleaning and the rep was very polite and set me up with another appointment free of charge. I was very happy with the second guy who came. He was fantastic, worked hard, and well versed in the product and service. This individual restored my faith in the company.

We had a wonderful experience with Kevin. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He answered our questions and treated us with great respect. He was very neat, tidy and did his job with excellence.
I like the fact that the cleaning products are not full of harsh chemicals and they don't leave a funny residue or scent. It was great to have a product that works and won't make my family sick.

Eric was informative and reviewed all my options with no pressure. He was efficient and encouraged any questions and to thoroughly inspect the the carpets. Looked and smelled fresh and like new again.
Joe was very professional and did a great job for us! He thoroughly explained any possible extra services we might want and we didn't feel pressured in any way to purchase extras. Our carpets look GREAT again and we'll absolutely be calling again!

The techs were very nice, did offer up more products but that is what all companies do. I asked about an area rug, very reasonable and had it cleaned too. Did drip some what on my hard wood, but cleaned it up. Couldn't ask for anything more. It was to my expectations. Will definitely use them again. Carpets look great. Excellent job!

I thought they did a really nice job. I had some trouble spots from my dogs that still didn’t come up but they do look better and feel better. Overall I am very pleased! I feel like they saved my area rug
