Technician was very friendly and provided a detailed account of what services he was going to perform. Very concerned for the pets we had in the house and took care to make sure we knew what to do when he was complete with the job.
The technician provided an extremely detailed account of what was going to occur and what we needed to do after he was done. Very friendly demeanor and didn't try to push more than what we had asked for. By comparison to other companies their prices were very reasonable.
I love how my carpet feels after a cleaning. Everyone that has ever come out has been amazing. They show me the new offers they have but never pressure me to do them. Which is nice, I can make my decision with the information but no pressure. I will always recommend ZEROREZ to anyone.

Remington and Kevin came to clean out ducts at my company office on Tuesday. They did a tremendous job and were thorough and so knowledgeable. We have all been getting sick with respiratory infections and sore throats. They both cleaned the carpets for me and the office before and did a great job on that too. Wednesday I worked all day and it was the first day I did not have a horrible sore throat within two hours of being in here. Hats off to them both. Great product and service is top notch. They both are very professional and awesome to work with. I will continue to spread the word how great Zerorez is and we will continue to use your services.
