Ease of scheduling, availability of dates for service - I didn't have to wait 2-3 weeks. Communication about when they would arrive, honest upfront quote/pricing when the rep saw my house and the areas to be cleaned, the quickness in which my carpets were cleaned - they were in and out within an hour and a half. Knowledge of other services - I asked about air ducts cleaning. My carpets were dry to the touch in about 6 hours.

What do I like about Zerorez? EVERYTHING!! We had our carpets cleaned less than a month before I call Zerorez. The other company left me with a mess. They used so much soap that the residue is even on my hardwood floors. ERIC came in assessed the mess and got to work. My carpet looks and smells great!! Thank You Eric and Zerorez!!
