Both the workers that came to my house explained thoroughly what the process of cleaning the vents and the carpets entailed. They were patient and cleaned up after themselves. We didn't really know they were in the house other than the humming from the machines they were working with. The carpets look great and that is saying a lot since I have a 15 year old dog that has been having accidents inside. I don't worry if my children lay down on the carpet now that ZEROREZ has cleaned my carpeting.

I was very impressed with how the products removed the pet stains from my carpet and the person who cleaned my carpets. He was very helpful and professional.
Our carpets came out beautiful! Unfortunately our old dog gives our carpets a workout. Our tech zeroed in on the rough patches and made sure they were sanitized . Our tech was polite and knowledgeable.
I had a horrible stain in my family room that I tried to get out myself. I thought there was no way this stain could be removed. I had used Zerorez before and you have always done a wonderful job, but this stain looked to be impossible. I talked to the gentleman about it, he pretreated the area and it came out!!!! I was totally shocked and amazed.

Best carpet cleaning experience I've had. The gentleman who cleaned my carpet took great care with "corner guards" and did a very thorough cleaning. Just a wonderful job.
Our rug looks so much better after the treatment. The associate that came to do the work was fantastic; he was so personable and I felt absolutely comfortable having him in our home. The rugs did take quite a bit longer to dry than expected but overall we were pleased!
