For the most part it was really good. It’s just taking an extremely long time to dry. Still some damp areas 31 hours later. One area discoloration/spot/stain didn’t come out. But all in all looks good. The technician was excellent. Explained everything and was quite diligent. I didn’t notice the one area that was still stained until he left.

I like the lack of residual soaps/chemicals. The process was incredibly easy, the carpets turned out great and the noise level was low during the process. I was very impressed!

I had never seen the black light flashlight to see urine and vomit stains on the carpeting. That was quite a revelation to see all of that in my carpet. We had one room that was particularly bad and it looks and smells so much better. Thank you

The tech that came to the house seemed very knowledgeable regarding the processes he had available to him to treat our carpet with the sticky residue that was on it from the plastic stripes that were put down on our carpet while we were having our bathroom remodeled. Time will tell if the cleaning process really cleaned the carpet.
