The carpet looked very good when he was finished. He was able to remove a lot of stains. The carpet was not saturated with water. I was told it would take about 4-6 hours for the carpet to dry. I think it was more like 18-20 hours before it was fully dry -- not a big deal. The young guy who did the work was very polite and professional and I think he did a great job.

My carpet was only two years old so I didn't think it was too bad to begin with, but we do have a dog and I knew there had to be dirt I didn't see. The carpet felt softer and looked fresh.
