The first time a technician came and cleaned our furniture, it did not end up the way I was hoping. It honestly did not look like they did anything. I called customer service and the promptly sent out 2 different technicians free of cost. They did a PHENOMENAL job and exceeded our expectations!

Carpet looks great, 99% of the stains are gone. Our technician was awesome, very friendly and willing to answer questions.
My technician was young but impressively hardworking, respectful, and diligent. He had not asked about cleaning under our nightstands in the master, so had completed the job without doing it. On walk through, I asked about it since I noted they weren't up on blocks. He said he didn't think we wanted them moved, and in his defense, my husband and I had removed most of the furniture ourselves to make his job easier. We didn't move our night stands for their size and weight, so it made sense he didn't clean under them since we left in place all the other furniture we didn't want moved. Although, he admitted he should have asked. When I asked him to please clean under them, which meant getting out all of his equipment again, he gave me no resistance and happily cleaned both spaces for me. Of course, it was a major inconvenience but he never let on that it was a problem. I will call to schedule my next appointment. There is one remaining room that needed to be emptied before it could be cleaned.

I have been completely satisfied with the service provided by Zerorez to clean six area rugs that I own. The personnel that I contacted, Remington and Colin, were very polite and professional in their contact with me. My rugs appear to have been very well cleaned. I will not hesitate to use Zerorez again or refer it to a friend.

It's fast, the products used are all natural and pet friendly and there is never any residue left behind. They always do a great job, If I have really tough stains, they try really hard to make sure that the stain comes out!
