No residue to attract more dirt AFTER cleaning. Carpet NOT SOAKED with water. Customer does NOT have to vaccum to remove dirt in order to complete the cleaning process.

We had major amounts of pet stains. Majority are gone or less visible. We even had grease marks coming in from the garage and they are also less visible.
My carpet cleaning technician was Joe. He waas prompt, professional and personable! Joe explained ech step of the cleaning process and recommended that I get the biological treatment for areas where our grandpuppies had potty accidents. (not sure I'm remembering the treatment's name correctly.) I'm very pleased with the results of our Zerorez carpet cleaning. Just as I was the first time they came a few years ago!
