My carpets look awesome. The rooms smell fresh. I had a issue with pet urine and your product cleaned it up. I have used your company 3 years in a row know and will use again in the future. I also had our vents cleaned this time and am excited to see if this will help with dust. Also I can see that the curtains are blowing harder because the air is blowing harder out of the vents.

No residue to attract more dirt AFTER cleaning. Carpet NOT SOAKED with water. Customer does NOT have to vaccum to remove dirt in order to complete the cleaning process.
