The technician that performed the service was nice, quick but also thorough, helpful in answering my question and he did a great job. My carpet looked much better and there was none of the crunchy side effects like using other services or products! It was also easy to schedule the appointment over the phone.

No soap residue. Quick, prompt and friendly service. It’s a little expensive when you’re doing a lot of areas though. But I also like that they do other services like duct cleaning.
