This is the second time I have used ZEROREZ and I am as impressed with them as I was the first time.
Again our service technician was Remy and this time we requested him personally. Again he showed up in the designated window of time and communicated his arrival through the day. This simple act created an amazing customer experience. He was pleasant, well spoken and listened to understand our needs.
Remy did an incredible job getting multiple dirt spots out of the carpets on our stairs and a good stain off of our pool table. We have a puppy and he was able to remove a few stains and smell from the dog. We tried to remove the stain with a cleaner purchased at the store but we were unsuccessful- Remy was successful!
He was efficient in completing the work and I would give him an A+ for workmanship. The carpets look incredible.

I found zerorez cost to be reasonable to inexpensive for the quality and volume of work.
I have used the service twice and will use them going forward and would recommend them to anyone.
Remington explained what he does, how he cleans the carpet, the process, all very clearly. He was polite and very informative. He was careful with my belongings and the carpets were wonderfully clean, even a stain that had been there for quite awhile was removed.
