He was very efficient and thorough. I appreciated his professionalism. I am very happy with the results. We had a dog urine odor in the downstairs area which is now gone.

Very surprised how clean my carpets looked afterward. I have 3 dogs that "slip-up" occasionally so had quite a few "pee spots" that I was doubtful that anyone could do anything with. Not to mention the carpeting is 7-years old too.
After Cortez was done instead of looking like he cleaned the carpets it looked like he replaced them all!!!!!!
Upstairs and downstairs both looked amazing! Cortez filled me in on everything and answered every question that my wife and I threw at him making us feel just that much more confident with the outcome.

We are very pleased. Within 2 hours 18 years of spots and stains are gone. This is a carpet in the basement so we are not on it every day in fact weeks go by without being down stairs but come the Holiday or Family celebrations it is used and abused. All those happy party spots are gone . So let the new memory spots begin. Awesome job.
