The service was great. Mr. Cole, sorry I forgot his first name, was very professional and friendly. He explained everything he was going to do. Our carpets look good for being 15 years old. I have only one question. Before I put the furniture back I vacuumed the carpet twice and I got a lot of dirt in my canister. Is that normal? I guess the products you use on the carpet loosened the dirt.

The reason I came to Zerorez the first time was because your company doesn't use soaps and detergents. When the cleaning process was explained to me, it just made so much sense. Remington, my tech this time, couldn't have been more courteous or respectful. The knowledge of his work was evident and my questions were answered immediately and in detail. My carpet is an off white and approximately six years old. When Remington was finished, it looked brand new. Thank you Zerorez and Remington.
