The staff has been welcoming and helpful when I went in person and called about purchasing gift cards, setting up an appointment, and when I arrived for my first session.
I had immediate pain relief in my foot. I have had content pain since November and I can’t believe how much better it is.
I love this studio so much! Everyone is so nice and they really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive, but it’s worth it!!

The facility was clean and accommodating. The snow shower and tv in the room were amazing, but the wet essential oil washcloth waiting for me when I came out of the sauna was the cherry on top. Staff was friendly and overall it was a great experience!!

I really like the infrared sauna. Everything is exceptionally clean. Jasmine was great. She sold me a membership with her efforts. I feel healthier already!!
Everyone s really chill and helpful every Saturday morning when I come in. They also make it easy for me to change my appointment times if I’m running late.

Perspire Sauna Studio is an amazing place! We absolutely loved the entire experience. The sauna itself was fantastic, the scheduling was super flexible, and having a TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, and more was such a great touch. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really made the visit even better. We can’t wait to go back!

The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities are very clean, function as expected, and there are a lot of options for customizing your experience as you desire. The attempt to upsell is basically nonexistent. You walk in, are greeted with a smile, directed to your room, and bid farewell when you leave.
It ls a spa-like experience without a half or full spa day time commitment. I love that I can come for a quick (but not too quick) reset.
Everything here is great! The rooms are always clean and ready. The staff is wonderful. Karla is amazing and so helpful. Salime is always welcoming and sweet. Love the TVs too.

It's very clean and the women whom have checked me in are helpful, professional and approachable. Its always clean and organized. A few of the benches rock and need leveling. Its abgreat place to detox and relax!
