I like the infrared sauna and the cold shower but 45 seconds is not nearly long enough.
Please - it has to be more than 2 minutes to be meaningful.

The room needs a small fridge to keep extra cold towels and a bottle of water.

The room needs a small seat and a hook for clothes, it's a little spartan.

You should let people know to bring their own flip flops - the floor is VERY slippery.

And I think one more towel would be welcome...after you sweat on it, you don't want to use it to dry off after the shower.

The sauna has been great for my back. Rooms are always clean and staff is always helpful.

Everything is clean, the workers are great and it make great for a zen environment to refresh my mind and body everyday.

I liked that the rooms were clean and ready when I arrived. Loved the tour given by the staff. The room had planty of space to move around and store/hang clothes. The shower had nice shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash. The snow shower was definitely hard to take for a log time so I used intermittently and felt energized afterwards.
The eucalyptus towel was a really nice touch and I took with me to cool my face and head off. I reall felt rested and relaxed after the session accompanied by a sound bath on TV screen.

I enjoyed the sauna experience. For some reason I had a lot of energy for the rest of the day after my session. I’ll definitely go back

The entire team was welcoming, particularly, the Studio Manager Liv Skala. She is very impressive and exhibits a great deal of knowledge about the product and benefits of a sauna practice. I enjoyed my conversation with her, she was extremely helpful. I will recommend your facility and services--I am absolutely positive those who come in contact with Liv will enjoy the same positive experience. Kudos Liv!

Very friendly staff, clean environment, sauna suites are great!

Everything! I walk in and leave the world behind. I am greeted by friendly staff who puts a wonderful cold, eucalyptus towel in my room. I enter the sauna, feel the warmth, listen to the sound bowls on the tv (sometimes I just watch Netflix - depending on my mood!), and have 40 minutes to melt my stress away. My blood pressure has come down and my skin is smoother.

Staff is super friendly, supportive to accomodate my requests.
