I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel right at home.
The sauna itself was immaculate and beautifully designed. I left feeling refreshed and recharged, and I can't wait to return.
Health benefits
Since I've been a sauna member I have not needed regular visits for massage therapy and my massage therapist could feel a difference right away in my muscle and skin tone. She said I wasn't as tight and was kind of amazed. My body feels so much better than a couple of years ago. Very happy!

I’ve been using your sauna for over 3 months now for my pain & stiffness from a recent car accident where I rear-ended really hard & another swollen foot issue. What’s not to LOVE? The rooms are always spotless and relaxing! I love the fresh eucalyptus towel after! Anny is always very warm, inviting and caring.

Made my pain in my back go away
The bench in the sauna is long enough to lay down on!!! I bring a bigger towel with me and it’s very relaxing to be able to lay down!! Having the shower is wonderful and the eucalyptus towel smells amazing! The only thing that would make it better is an after treatment room to relax for 20 minutes or so.

I've been sweating it out for over a year now, and my body, joints, skin, and overall well-being have totally transformed. My left shoulder is the biggest change – a year ago, I could barely reach behind my head, and touching the middle of my back was impossible. After about 4 months of going once a week, I can now reach the center of my back without any shoulder pain. I can also tell when I don't go, I feel a major difference.
I enjoy all the modern conveyances combined with the spa. It’s quick and private it’s very relaxing and I enjoy the red light sauna. I feel like it’s very good for my skin and is a nice way to end the day and relax. The individual shower. is very much a plus.
