Great service and friendly associates who are super helpful. Clean and well maintained sauna studios and flexible timings. Very happy with Perspire Sauna. I hope you open more studios and multiple locations and different cities.

I like that I can usually get an appointment on the day I have the time to go there.
I love how I feel after my session. Esp with the inclusion of the SNO shower. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Going to the sauna is my favorite part of my day.
Only thing I would recommend is a trash can inside the rooms as I have hair that comes off in the shower that I’d love to have a place to throw out and my husband sometimes has contacts he needs to get rid of. Would just be a nice addition. Otherwise, everything is wonderful!

The front desk attendant, didn’t get her name, was very attentive and knowledgeable about the process, amenities at the location, and about the benefits of everything, and sweet. Everything was simple and easy once she had explained it all
