Maple Grove Perspire is always a great experience. They are consistently ready for me right at my appointment time, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They are also very flexible and accommodating when I need to pause my membership due to travel, which I truly appreciate. Their level of customer service is outstanding. I use the Sauna at my gym all the time. It is a traditional sauna. It is also always jam packed with 10 or more other dudes going in and out and in and out and in and out.
This was my first infrared Sauna experience. I loved that it is a private room. I was able to stay in for the whole 45 minutes where as I usually have to get out after 15-20 max. I should have jacked up the temp from the beginning but that's on me as I didn't really know what to expect. I got a really good sweat going and felt fantastic the rest of the day.
I did try the cold shower....I am going to have to work up to the full 45 seconds.
