One thing I was not crazy about was feeling like the team always wanted to upsell or cross sell something to me. When I'm leaving and feeling very relaxed, I don't want a sales pitch about weight loss. That was a huge turnoff. I get that you're trying to help neighboring businesses but... Find another way.

It’s always nice to walk in to a clean sauna, cold towel placed and ready at temperature for my session.
The staff has learned my taste in music, has it on the large TV facing the sauna with a nice tranquil scene playing along.

I loved this sauna studio, I am really sad I received an email that it closed. All the staff knew me by name, they are friendly and kind. I like the convenience of booking my sessions online. I really like the private studios, the towels that were provided, it was a very clean and safe environment. Also it was so close to where I live, so it was convenient. I will not be driving to Plymouth or Maple Grove to continue my sauna experience. Please bring Edina back!!!

The experience was really excellent. The only thing I would say is that other places offer complementary drinks - but otherwise everything was very elite and fantastic . As a fashion stylist who talks about the integration of style and wellness - I really thought this was one of the better experiences .

The studio is always spotless, the staff is friendly and attentive, and booking online is super easy. They always have my spa music set up for me, and I can leave a note while I'm booking if I want them to queue up a show on Netflix — such a thoughtful touch. I’ve noticed real health benefits since coming regularly, from better skin to improved mood and my sleep quality has definitely improved. The private suites are comfortable and consistent every time. Highly recommend!
The staff is very warm and friendly and I have gotten to know a little about each one of them. The facility is very clean and I look forward to it every visit. It has become my daily ritual! I enjoy the sauna so much and have seen multiple benefits. I will probably purchase my own sauna at some point, but until then, I will continue to use Perspire on the daily!
