First I like the fact that you didn't need to hook up to anything.No water no sewer nothing. Second, the man who showed up was very respectful. Third, he did a great job on my carpet. It wasn't able to get everything out, but he did it excellent job. And a hundred percent effort.

Jacob was fantastic. He explained everything really well and was friendly. He had a trainee (Zane) with him. He did a great job as well. They took care in bringing in the equipment and we would definitely recommend and have them back next. The carpet looks fantastic and everything smells great. He had to do some odor and stain treatment. Smells fresh and clean!
