Cleaning service for carpet
Joe was very efficient and very nice to work with-our carpet is old and worn but looks great after cleaning. I was very disappoint in the upholstery cleaning-2 of my chairs still have the same spots.

Our cream-colored carpet had many spots due to food droppings and some areas of traffic that were practically black. I didn't think it could be salvaged, but Zerorez restored it to almost new. The technician was efficient, had a pleasant personality, and even helped me move a few small pieces of furniture, because he arrived early!
Chris was great to work with. He communicated before the appointment and was very professional. Unfortunately, the carpet that was stained from our dog is much worse now than it was before the cleaning. There's even a new stain that has shown up. We would appreciate some feedback on why this may have happened and if anything can be done to retreat the area.
