Overall the service was good, I am disappointed that I did not receive my before and after video at the time of my service because the technician was “having trouble sending it”. I contacted customer service the day after my appointment and they said it would be sent to me but I have received nothing as of this writing so to see the added value the video would have brought plus to confirm the work they did do would have been extremely beneficial but apparently not to be expected even though it’s called out in the advertising for the air duct cleaning service.

I’m genuinely impressed with the results from Zerorez Carpet and Tile Cleaning. The technician arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completely transformed my tile and grout. The grout was embarrassingly dirty from years of buildup, and I honestly didn’t think it would come clean, but it looks dramatically better.

As a pet owner, I also really appreciated that their products are pet friendly and didn’t leave behind an overwhelming chemical smell. The entire process felt professional, easy, and worth every penny. It’s rare these days to find a company that shows up on time, works hard, and actually delivers results beyond expectations.
